ITS A TEXTBOOK UGH
I would not bought this book shall I know it is TOO basic. Besides It is not clear. Completely lack of explanation of themes. Not because I need it. I already know the subject.I barely opened it once and that is it. I am not using it again.
This book has very interesting and informative chapters.

Has a workbook type of format. Good for management of inventory examples. Yes, I would buy this again and would recommend it.

As the title implies, this is a "basics" book. Actually more of a workbook than a book, it quickly covers the basic concepts of inventory management. A little forecasting, a little lot sizing, a little accounting etc.This little workbook could be very useful as part of an in-house training program for workers unfamiliar with inventory management.
